This position will be responsibile for recruiting candidates for orders, all follow up and data entry into multiple systems, scheduling orders, credentialing candidates, locating and arrange housing for candidate assignments, and answering phones when needed.
Cold call medical personnel to determine interest in assignments both travel and permanent
Using the telephone, Internet, fax, and social networking sites to develop relationships with prospective candidates
Obtain resume, application, and complete paperwork on potential workers
Negotiate and determine salaries and compensation packages
Enter candidate into our computer system as well as client systems
Schedule assignments
Locate and arrange housing for assignments
Credential candidates for employmen
Attend group meetings
College degree and previous selling experience preferred.
Minimum 40 hour per week in Edmond Corporate Office. Ability and willingness to monitor email and correspondence as well as make and/or take calls after work.
